摘　　要：立足于我校辅导员制实施及辅导员队伍建设存在的问题,在历史与现实的交汇点上剖析了我校学分制、导师制、辅导员制等西方化改革与我国"大学办社会"封闭管理体制的矛盾,全面推行辅导员制与"班建制"学生管理基础的矛盾,提出了落实辅导员职责定位、突破辅导员队伍建设职业化专业化瓶颈、专兼职辅导员足额配备及合理配置的解决问题的方法和途径。Based on existing problems on university counselor system implementation and counselor team development project, this paper analyzes on contradicts between westernized reforms（ credit system, tutorial system, counselor system reforms,and etc） and local closed management（colleges and universities in china are in charge of anything related, such as matters of study, food and accommodation,and etc）on history and reality level, contradicts between fully implementation of Counselor system and class construction system. Solutions and methods have been put forward in this article and they are specifically on identifying and positioning the obligations of counselors, breaking through the bottleneck of counselor team professionalization, full and rational distribution of full-time and part-time counselors.
