摘 要:目的:利用可视化的方法评价我国学者发表的医药领域微课研究的现状。方法:检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网和万方数据库,检索时间截至2018年1月6日。研究者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选微课研究,用书目共现分析系统(BICOMS-2)分析软件对关键词、省份、作者及其单位进行抽取和整理并生成共现矩阵和(或)词篇矩阵,利用Net Draw和g CLUTO分别绘制网络关系图和进行聚类分析。结果:最终纳入微课及相关研究1119篇,研究数量在年代、期刊、省份分布方面不平衡,作者分为23个主要的合作团体,作者单位分为2个主要的研究团队,作者之间存在一定的联系,作者单位之间合作很弱,研究主题主要有4个。结论:我国微课研究的数量呈现快速增长的趋势,参与作者和机构众多,但作者间的合作较为紧密,机构之间的合作相对不紧密,作者和作者单位的合作仍需进一步增强。研究主题可以进一步拓展。Objective: To evaluate the current status of micro lesson studies in medical field in China by the visual analysis. Methods:We found the micro lesson studies by searching the CBM,Wanfang database and CNKI,the retrieval time was January 6,2018. Researchers independently selected the micro lesson studies by inclusion and exclusion criteria,and extracted the related information( key words,province,researcher and institution of studies) and produced matrix by BICOMS-2 software,the figure of network by Net Draw,cluster analysis by g CLUTO. Results: 1119 papers of micro class were included. The number of the micro lesson studies was unbalanced inthe publish time,journals and provinces. The main authors were divided into 23 main groups,the main organizations were divided into 2 research teams,there were certain relationship between the authors,but the organization cooperation was very weak,there were mainly four research topics. Conclusion: The number of micro lesson studies in China shows a trend of rapid growth,more and more authors and institutions are involved in micro lesson studies,but the author cooperation is close,the institution cooperation is not close,the author and the author of cooperation still needs to be further strengthened. Research topics should be further expanded in the future.
