摘 要:针对既有隧道路面抗滑能力不足、排水不良和沥青路面潜在的火灾风险,基于多孔混凝土设计理念在传统路面结构基础上进行磨耗层设计并验证其力学性能.根据当地气候条件、隧道湿度条件、隧道照明条件、车辆行为特征、表面构造深度和横向力系数调查分析提出了多孔沥青混合料设计目标,并确定了相应的配合比和最佳沥青用量.氧指数试验表明:相较于基质沥青改性后的阻燃沥青氧指数提高约30%.马歇尔试验(浸水马歇尔试验)、车辙试验和渗透性试验表明:多孔沥青混合料的动稳定度较控制组高约65%,残留稳定度较控制组高约14%;车辙深度较控制组低约37%;渗透性指标是控制组的4.3倍.间接拉伸动态模量试验表明:在低温状态下多孔沥青混合料动态模量与控制组之间的差值小于10%,高温状态下多孔沥青混合料较控制组高31%~50%.According to the current situation of tunnel that skid resistance insufficient imperfectly it is drained and potential fire risk of asphalt pavement, based on the design concept of porous concrete, this study offers a design that pavement wear course and verify its mechanical properties. Based on the analysis of the local climatic conditions, tunnel humidity conditions, tunnel lighting conditions, vehicle behavior, texture depth and side-way force coefficient, the porous asphalt mixture is put forward and determined the concrete proportioning and the optimum asphalt content. The oxygen index test showed that the oxygen index of the flame retardant asphalt improved by about 30% compared with that of the matrix asphalt; Marshall test(Immersion Marshall test), rutting test and permeability test showed that the porous dynamic stability enhance about 65%, residual stability about enhance 14%, rutting depth descend about 37% and 4.3 times of permeability index higher compared to the control group. The indirect tensile dynamic modulus test shows that the difference of dynamic modulus less than 10% between porous asphalt mixture and the control group at low temperature, but at high temperature the dynamic modulus of porous asphalt mixture is higher than control group from 31% to 50%
