摘  要:通过对计算精度、计算效率的综合考量,研究出一种获得全断面岩石掘进机(TBM)盘体动应力的改进准静态法。首先利用ADAMS仿真软件获得TBM工作过程中的刀盘加速度,然后利用有限元仿真软件求出盘面相关危险点的动应力,最后以某工程实际掘进的TBM为例,利用无线测试系统对其应变情况进行测试,将测试值与计算值进行比对,均值和变化范围的误差分别为3.2%和9.8%,最小值和最大值的误差分别为18.8%和14.5%。Comprehensively considering the calculation precision and efficiency,in this paper,an improved quasi-static method that achieved the dynamic stress of tunnel boring machine(TBM)cutter was developed.As to the method,the cuter acceleration in the operating process of TBM was obtained by ADAMS simulation software.Furthermore,the dynamic stress of a series of relative dangerous pointon the cutter plate were worked out based on the finite element simulation software.Finally,taking a practically operating TBM in a certain project as an example,testing its strain condition by wireless testing system and comparing the tested value with the calculated value,the errors of mean value and variable range are 3.2% and 9.8%,respectively,while the errors of minimum and maximum are 18.8% and 14.5%,respectively.
