摘  要:通过有限元的方法,创建了机械式转向器齿轮、齿条、压块和壳体的有限元模型,根据分析要求简化相关约束,搭建了齿条弯曲的分析模型。通过对有限元分析结果和实验结果的对比来验证分析模型的正确性。最后将这种分析方法运用到新的项目中。In this paper, the finite element models of mechanical steering gears, racks, briquetting and shells were created based on finite element method. In addition, according to the analysis requirement, the analysis model of rack bending were established, while a series of constraints was simplified. Furthermore, the model was analyzed and verified on the basis of the analysis and experiment on the result. Therefore, the analysis method was applied into new projects.
