摘 要:白光OLED显示器件具有高对比度、 超广视角和大面积柔性显示等优点, 在大尺寸超高清显示领域有巨大的应用潜力.目前, 白光OLED显示器件主要采用RGB三色子像素或RGBW四色子像素及彩色滤光片来实现全彩化显示.本文首先介绍了实现OLED全彩化的显示方法, 然后介绍了白光OLED显示器件的主流结构, 最后介绍了提高白光OLED显示性能的主要途径.White OLED display devices have advantages of high contrast, wide viewing angle and large-size flexible display, which are promising for application in large-scale ultra-high-definition displays. At present, white OLED display devices with RGB or RGBW color filters are employed because of high efficiency. In this paper, methods for achieving full-color display were introduced, and then main structures of white OLEDs were summarized. Finally, approaches to improve display performance of white OLEDs were discussed.
