摘 要:试验机环境振动测试是试飞测试中重要的一部分。针对某型机目前使用的环境振动测试方案超差的现象,深入分析电荷式压电传感器和电压式压电传感器的测试原理,通过推导两种传感器电路的输出电压,得出输出与传输电缆长度有关,并推导出相对误差公式,通过试验对3种环振测试方案与传输电缆的关系进行量化。结果表明,相同的传输长度电压式压电传感器的频响误差为2%左右,而电荷式压电传感器在传输电缆不超过6 m时能满足频响误差为3%的试飞要求。The environment vibration test is an important part of flight test. In view of the phenomenon of a certain type of aircraft is using environmental vibration test ultra difference,in-depth analysis of the charge type piezoelectric sensor and voltage type piezoelectric sensor,through two kinds of sensor output voltage of the circuit are derived,output and transmission cable length,and relative error formula is deduced,through the test of three type vibration test schemes and to quantify the relationship of transmission cables. Results show that the length of the same transmission voltage type piezoelectric sensors of the frequency response error is about 2%,and the charge type piezoelectric sensors in no more than 6 m transmission cables can satisfy the requirement of flight of a frequency response error of 3%.
