摘　　要：执行难问题的破解,有赖于对于数据信息的有效利用,从中抓取有益成分,为执行个案的破解提供措施参考,为执行整体局面的改善作出实时对话,以期真正解决执行难问题,提升司法既判力的应然回归,让人民群众从司法中获得期待,使人民群众在每一个案件中感受到公平正义。To overcome the difficult problems of execution depends on the effective use of data information,check beneficial ingredient,to provide beneficial references,and to carry out the improvement of the overall situation to make real-time dialogue,in order to really solve the problem of the legal execution difficulty,improve judicial judgment ought to return,make the people have the judicial expectation and feel justice in each case.
