摘 要:保障生鲜农产品质量安全问题至关重要。通过分析全供应链食品安全平台构建的必要性、可行性,从构建整体框架、供应链信息系统、可追溯信息系统和全程式监管系统4个方面阐述福建省全供应链食品安全平台建设内容,并分析了平台构建的社会效益和经济效益,最后提出了4点保障措施。The quality and safety of fresh agricultural product is of great importance.By analyzing the necessity and feasibility of the food safety platform construction for the full supplying chain,the content of the construction of food safety platform for the full supplying chain in Fujian Province were introduced,it includes the construction of the overall framework,supplying chain information system,traceability information system and whole-process supervision system.Then the social and economic benefits of the platform construction were analyzed,and 4 safeguard measures were finally put forward.
