摘 要:以4个不同种源4年生油用牡丹苗为试验材料,对其园艺学性状和种子的油脂成分进行了分析比较,结果表明:从种苗成活率、开花率和结籽率等方面来看,2号种源安徽‘凤丹’牡丹表现最好,3号种源河南杨山牡丹次之,4号种源蕲春‘凤丹’牡丹最差;从果荚直径、单心皮长度、单心皮种子数等园艺性状来看,1号种源保康杂交牡丹、2号和3号之间无显著性差异,4号显著低于其他种源;4个种源的种子质量无显著性差异,种子产量差异极显著,2号表现优异;4个种源在种子含油率、亚油酸质量分数上表现无显著差异,而不饱和脂肪酸、亚麻酸质量分数上均表现为1~3号无显著性差异,4号质量分数较低;油酸质量分数则表现为4号质量分数显著高于其他3个种源。With four different provenances of 4-a seedlings,we studied their horticultural traits and oil content of seed. Compared with the survival rate of the seedling,flowering rate and seed setting rate of view,No.2 was best,followed by No.3 and No.4. Compared with the diameter of the pod,monocarpellary length,seed number of single carpel horticultural traits,there were no significant difference among No.1、No.2 and No.3,but No. 4 was significantly lower than other provenances. The100-seed weight was no significant difference among the four provenances,there was significant difference in seed yield,and No.2 was with outstanding performance. There were no significant differences between the four performances in seed oil content and the content of linoleic acid. No.4 was lower than other three provenances in unsaturated fatty acids and linolenic acid content,1 and significantly higher than other three provenances in oleic acid content.
