摘 要:为探讨昆虫病原线虫对舞毒蛾(Lymantria dispar)幼虫的侵染效果,用4种(品系)侵染期线虫的3个侵染剂量对2龄、4龄和6龄舞毒蛾幼虫进行室内生测。结果显示:从48 h时2龄和4龄幼虫的校正死亡率来看,Sc-All线虫与相应侵染剂量相比其侵染效果最好(P<0.05),500、1 000条·头^(-1)的侵染剂量校正死亡率为100%。从6龄幼虫生测结果看,Sf-IGA线虫用1 000条·头^(-1)的剂量48 h与Sc-All线虫效果相同,校正死亡率为100%。72 h时,4种线虫1 000条·头^(-1)剂量对舞毒蛾2龄幼虫的致死率差异不显著(P≥0.05),而Hb-NJ对4龄幼虫的侵染力最低。因此,Sc-All线虫对舞毒蛾2龄、4龄和6龄幼虫都具有很强的侵染能力,Sf-IGA线虫对6龄幼虫侵染效果较好。所以Sc-All和Sf-IGA是舞毒蛾潜在的生物杀虫剂,选择合适的昆虫病原线虫种(品系)及其合适剂量可以提高防治舞毒蛾幼虫效果。In order to explore infectivity of entomopathogenic nematodes( EPNs) to larva of Lymantria dispar,three different infection dosages of four species/strains of EPNs were used in vivo bioassay of laboratory. The results showed that the infectivity of Sc-All to the second-and fourth-instar larva of L. dispar was greater than Sf-IGA,Hb-IGA and Hb-NJ at 48 h,and the corrected mortality of larva was 100% by 500 and 1 000 infective juveniles( IJs)/larva. The bioassay results of the sixth larva by 1 000 IJs/larva at 48 h indicated there was no significantly different pathogenicity between Sf-IGA and ScAll,in which corrected mortality of the sixth larva was 100%. Four species of EPNs had no significantly different corrected mortality to the second-instar larva and the lowest corrected mortality was observed for Hb-NJ to the fourth instar larva at72 h when using 1 000 IJs/larva dosage. These results suggested that Sc-All had strong infectivity to all three stage larva of L. dispar,and Sf-IGA to the sixth-instar larva of L. dispar. Therefore,Sc-All and Sf-IGA will be potential biocontrol agents and the selection of appropriate species/strains and dosages of EPNs for application could increase the bio-control effect against larva of L. dispar.
