摘　　要：针对传统管胎人工焊接的不足,设计了管胎焊接专机。对管胎焊接专机的结构与工作过程进行了介绍,对配套的变频器控制电机正反转电路进行了分析,并给出了具体参数。In view of the shortcoming of traditional manual welding of tube tire, the welding machine for tube tire was designed. The structure and working process of the special welding machine for tube tire were introduced, and the control circuit of the inverters for forward and reverse running of the motor was analyzed while giving out the specific parameters.
