摘 要:目的:观察配体白细胞介素17E(IL-17E)、白细胞介素17F(IL-17F)及其受体白细胞介素17RB(IL-17RB)和白细胞介素17RC(IL-17RC)在肠炎、肠息肉及结直肠癌组织中的表达,探讨其与直结肠癌恶性度的关系。方法:收集15例肠炎、5例增生性肠息肉及30例结直肠腺癌组织病理标本,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测IL-17E、IL-17RB、IL-17F和IL-17RC在肠炎、肠息肉和肠癌组织中的阳性表达率,分析配体与受体阳性表达率的相关性以及配体阳性表达率与肠癌恶性度的关联。结果:IL-17E、IL-17F、IL-17RB和IL-17RC主要表达于腺上皮细胞、单个核细胞、血管内皮细胞和部分癌细胞;IL-17E在肠炎和肠息肉组织中的阳性表达率明显高于肠癌组织(P<0.05),且随肠癌恶性度升高而降低;IL-17F在肠息肉和肠癌组织中阳性表达率明显高于肠炎组织(P<0.05),且随肠癌恶性度的升高而升高;IL-17RB在肠炎及息肉组织中的阳性表达率明显高于肠癌组织(P<0.05)。与肠炎和肠息肉比较,肠癌组织中IL-17RC阳性表达率升高(P<0.05)。在肠癌组织中,IL-17F阳性表达率与IL-17RC阳性表达率呈正相关关系(r=0.667,P=0.001)。结论:IL-17F、IL-17RC、IL-17E和IL-17RB信号可能参与了肠癌的发生发展。Objective:To explore the expressions of interleukin-17 E(IL-17 E),interleukin-17 F(IL-17 F)and their receptors interleukin-17 RB(IL-17 RB),interleukin-17 RC(IL-17 RC)in enteritis,intestinal polyps and colorectal carcinoma tissues,and to analyze their relationships with the malignancy of colorectal carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the expressions of IL-17 E,IL-17 RB,IL-17 F,and IL-17 RC in the tissues of enteritis(n=15),intestinal polyps(n=5)and colorectal carcinoma(n=30).The relationships between IL-17 Eand IL-17 RB,IL-17 Fand IL-17 RC,and the relationships between IL-17 E,IL-17 F and malignancy of colorectal carcinoma were analyzed.Results:IL-17 E,IL-17 F,IL-17 RB and IL-17 RC mainly expressed in glandular epithelial cells,mononuclear cells and vascular endothelial cells as well as partial carcinoma cells.The positive expression rates of IL-17 Ein enteritis and intestinal polyps tissues were higher than that in colorectal carcinoma tissue(P〈0.05).Compared with enteritis tissue,the positive expression rates of IL-17 Fin intestinal polyps and colorectal carcinoma tissues were increased(P〈0.05),which was increased with the increasing of malignancy of coloretal carcinoma.Compared with colorectal carcinoma tissue,the positive expression rates of IL-17 RB in enteritis and intestinal polyps tissues were increased(P〈0.05).Compared with enteritis and intestinal polyps tissues,the positive expression rate of IL-17 RC in colorectal carcinoma tissue was increased(P〈0.05).There was positive correlation between the positive expression rate of IL-17 Fand the positive expression rate of IL-17 RC in colorectal carcinoma tissue(r=0.667,P=0.001).Conclusion:IL-17 F,IL-17 RC,IL-17 E,and IL-17 RB signals may take part in the incidence and progression of colorectal carcinoma.
