摘 要:通过成本低廉且结构简单的直动式溢流阀实现了液压气门机构的进气门早关和气门升程的连续可变,探究了设定压力和倒拖转速对气门运动特性的影响并对其动作偏差进行了分析。研究发现:转速保持不变时,气门最大升程只与设定压力有关,呈现随设定压力增大而逐渐增大的趋势,不同设定压力下气门开启角度差异较小且随着转速的增大而逐渐滞后;随着转速的升高,相同设定压力下气门最大升程逐渐变大,并且在设定压力为4.5 MPa时增大趋势减缓,机构惯性对升程增大的贡献量微乎其微。相关参数的χ2检验结果表明:各参数均符合正态分布,相关参数值为估计均值且其偏差值为各自的估计均方差,气门动作具有较好的一致性。随着液压油温度的升高,气门最大升程逐渐降低,关闭时刻逐渐提前。The effects of setting pressure and motored speed on the movement characteristics are studied and the reaction deviation is analyzed using direct-acting relief valve,which is low cost and has simple structure to realize intake valve closing and continuously variable valve lift hydraulic valve train.Results show that the maximum valve lift increases with the setting pressure under the same engine speed.The difference of opening degree under different setting pressure is small and it gradually delays as the engine speed increases.Under the same setting pressure,the maximum valve lift increases with the engine speed,and at setting pressure of 4.5 MPa the increase trend slows down.The contribution of the mechanism inertia to the lift improvement is negligible.The Chi-square tests show that the related parameters follow normal distribution and the values of the parameters areestimated mean value and the deviation is the mean square error.The valve action has good consistency.With the increase in the hydraulic oil temperature,the maximum lift decreases,and the closing time gradually advances.
