升提止血汤口服加美沙拉秦栓纳肛治疗溃疡性直肠炎患者的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察溃疡性直肠炎者应用升提止血汤和美沙拉秦栓联合治疗的效果。方法分析本院于2014年12月~2017年12月诊治溃疡性直肠炎84例患者资料,按照不同治疗方案分成两组,将行美沙拉秦栓治疗42例患者作为对照组,将联合升提止血汤治疗42例患者作为观察组,比较两组效果。结果观察组总有效率97.62%比对照组80.95%高,且腹泻、腹痛所占比例4.76%、2.38%均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论溃疡性直肠炎者应用升提止血汤和美沙拉秦栓联合治疗可改善其症状,具较高推广价值。Objective To observe the effect of combined treatment of Shengtiaoshengtang and Mesalazine suppository in patients with ulcerative proctitis. Methods The data of 84 patients with ulcerative proctitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2017 were divided into two groups according to different treatment regimens. Forty-two patients treated with mesalamine suppository as control group, 42 patients treated with hemostatic soup as the observation group, the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.62% higher than that in the control group 80.95%, and the proportion of diarrhea and abdominal pain was 4.76% and 2.38% lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ulcerative proctitis in patients with Sheng mention blood soup and mesalamine suppository combination therapy can improve their symptoms, with a high value of popularization.
