摘　　要：目的探讨miR-143/145启动子区rs4705341多态性与膀胱癌易感性的关系。方法收集106例临床确诊膀胱癌病例和162例年龄、性别相匹配的正常对照者的血液样本,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性长度片段多态性对miR-143/145启动子区rs4705341进行多态性分型。结果病例组中rs4705341的GG基因型和G等位基因频率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(GG与AA相比:OR=0.34,95%CI:0.15~0.78,P=0.007;G与A对比:OR=0.60,95%CI:0.41~0.87,P=0.007)。结论 miR-143/145启动子区rs4705341多态性可能与膀胱癌易感性有关,GG基因型携带者膀胱癌发病风险明显降低。Objective To explore the association between rs4705341 polymorphism in the promoter region of miR-143/145 and risk of bladder cancer. Methods Blood samples were collected from 106 bladder cancer patients who were diagnosed by clinical pathological examination and 162 age-and gender-matched control subjects.The genotyping of rs4705341 polymorphism was done using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism. Results The frequencies of rs4705341 GG genotype and G allele in cases were significantly lower than those in controls（GG vs AA：OR=0.34,95% CI,0.15-0.78,P=0.007;G vs A：OR=0.60,95% CI,0.41-0.87,P=0.007）. Conclusions The rs4705341 polymorphism in the promoter region of miR-143/145 may be associated with the susceptibility of bladder cancer,and GG carriers show a decreased risk of developing bladder cancer.
