摘　　要：北京大学马克思主义学院郇庆治教授是中国环境政治学研究领域的拓荒者之一,自20世纪80年代中后期以来一直致力于中国环境政治学的系统性建构,已出版专(译、编)著《自然环境价值的发现》《绿色乌托邦:生态主义的社会哲学》《欧洲绿党研究》《当代欧洲政党政治》《环境政治国际比较》等20余部,并在(英)《环境政治学》(Environmental Politics)、(英)《资本主义、自然、社会主义》(Capitalism Nature Socialism)、(英)《当代中国事务》(Journal of Current Chinese Affairs)、(英)《包容性民主国际学报》(The International Journal of Inclusive Democracy)以及《中国社会科学》《欧洲研究》《政治学研究》《现代国际关系》《马克思主义研究》《马克思主义与现实》等国内外知名杂志发表论文近300篇,近年来主持"国内外生态文化重大理论及其主要流派研究""生态资本主义及其批评研究""西方绿色左翼政治思潮研究""生态社会主义研究"等国家、省部级课题10余项,对于推进环境政治学研究的议题领域拓展、研究层次深化、学科体系优化、中西方研究交流与争鸣等均做出了重要的贡献。在下面的访谈中,郇教授在人类文明转型视野下比较分析国内外环境政治理念与实践,从一种更明确的中国学者主体意识来探讨当今中国的环境政治议题,欧美绿党政治与中国环境社会运动的新进展,以及中外可持续发展与转型实践。这种明显呈现为一种"从西方到东方"的环境政治理论与实践的阐释,将会为处在重要转折阶段的中国生态环境保护事业与环境政治学发展提供积极参考。An overview of the research work by Professor Huan Qingzhi at Peking University during the past decades to a large extent reveals the development of environmental politics as a discipline in China. This dialogue starts with Researcher Hu's definition and redefinition of environmental politics and focuses on one of his major arguments on environmental politics study in China that Chinese scholars have gradually turned their attention to "China-oriented" issues and begun their research from a perspective of civilizational transformation. In his opinion, this broader perspective helps us to better understand that the"green" development should be the long-term theme of environmental politics in China today. Moreover,he argues that it is not just a task for Chinese scholars to broaden their horizon of environmental politics,because the relationship between democratic politics in a rational sense and realizing a comprehensive transformation is far from an issue with a clear answer, and this difficulty is shown in the western cases during the 2008-2010 economic crisis. Therefore, from his point of view, there is no reason to overestimate the achievements of environmental politics study in China in the past decades; however, it is also quite true that Chinese scholars are now ready to equally participate in the global efforts to promote a green reconstruction of modern civilization.
