摘　　要：目的:探讨在PICU实施ICU专业护士核心能力培训对提高护士核心能力的效果。方法:选择2016年8月1日至2017年7月30日在我院PICU工作的21名护士,按照广东省卫生厅编制的《专业护士核心能力建设指南》训练实施方案进行核心能力培训。培训前、后由培训管理委员会使用统一的评价标准进行护理能力考核,包括专科理论知识和气道管理、卧位护理、吸痰技术、手卫生等四项操作,每单项均按100分制计算,总分500分,并对护士的手卫生合格率进行比较。所得数据采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:培训后PICU护士的护理能力考核总分为(477.90±5.71)分,手卫生合格率为95.24%,而培训前总分为(414.81±7.76)分,手卫生合格率为66.67%,培训后护士的护理能力考核总分、护士的手卫生合格率较培训前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:实施ICU专业护士核心能力训练可提高PICU专业护士的核心能力,保证机械通气患儿的护理质量,达到护患双赢的目的。Objective：To explore the effect of professional training of ICU nurse on improving the core competence of nurses in PICU. Methods：A total of 21 nurses in PICU in our hospital from Aug 1,2016 to Jul 30,2017 were selected as objects. The professional training was conducted according to the ＂guidelines for the construction of core competence for professional nurses＂ compiled by the Health Department of Guangdong Province. Before and after training,the training management committee used a unified evaluation standard to carry out the nursing ability assessment,including professional theory,respiratory management,lying position nursing,sputum suction technology and hand hygiene. Each item was 100 points,and the total score was 500 points. The nurses＇ qualified rate of hand hygiene was compared. The data was analyzed by SPSS 20.0. Results：The total score of nursing ability of PICU nurses was（477.90±5.71）after training,and the qualified rate of hand hygiene was 95.24%. Both were significantly higher than those before training[（414.81±7.76）and 66.67% espectively]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The implementation of prfessional training of ICU nurse can improve the core competency of PICU nurses,ensure the quality of nursing for children with mechanical ventilation,and achieve the goal of win-win for nurses and patients.
