摘　　要：建设健康中国,关键在人才,基础在教育。医疗卫生服务直接关系人民的身体健康,人才培养质量攸关人民群众的健康福祉。医学是一门实践性很强的学科,其对医学生实践能力、创新精神和团队合作能力的培养要求非常高。近年来,我校通过对临床实践教学体系的构建与实践,从师资、资源和平台等三方面入手,着力提升人才培养质量。To carry out the Healthy China initiative,talents play a key role and education serves as the foundation.Medical care and health services are directly related to people＇s health and the quality of personnel training is crucial to the well-being of people. As a discipline stresses practice,medical programs requires training medical students with strong practical ability,innovative capacity and sense of team work. In recent years,Wenzhou Medical University makes great efforts in constructing and implementing the clinical practice teaching system,and has significantly elevated the training quality of medical talents through improvement of faculty,resources and platforms.
