体育院校场馆管理存在的问题分析

摘　　要：素质教育要求德智体美劳全面发展学生,想要保证学生"体发展",必须为学生提供良好的体育锻炼场所。良好的场馆管理能够有效的提高体育锻炼场地的质量,对于体育院校来说,场馆管理的重要性远胜于其他类型的院校。因此,必须采取有效的措施提高体育院校场馆管理的质量。然而就现阶段的实际情况来说,我国体育院校场馆管理质量不佳,诸如场地不足、管理难度大、设备更新不及时等问题的存在严重制约了体育院校场馆管理质量的提高。本文围绕"体育院校场馆管理"展开讨论,提出了解决体育院校场馆管理问题的策略,希望能够为提高体育院校场馆管理质量夯实基础。Quality education requires the all-round development of students. To guarantee the physical development of students, qualified venues must be offered. Proper venue management could promote the quality of exercise fields. Sport colleges should pay more attention on venue development than ordinary colleges. Thus, effective countermeasures must be taken to improve the quality of venue management. However, the current management quality is not high, some problems severely restrict the promotion of management quality such as inadequate venues, difficulty in management and delayed facility update. This paper makes discussion based on “sport college venue management”, offers related countermeasures, in hope of building a solid foundation for college venue management quality promotion.
