摘　　要：为迎合市场和消费者需求,研发了大麻/有机棉/玉石纤维冰凉触感面料。阐述了大麻、有机棉、玉石纤维冰凉触感纤维性能,利用3种纤维优势互补,经纬纱分别使用黑白色2种大麻/有机棉/玉石纤维冰凉触感纱,通过优化织造工艺参数及技术措施,采用三叶草、祥云图案的平纹地经起花组织,制备大麻/有机棉/玉石纤维冰凉触感面料。该工艺织机效率可达89.5%,坯布下机一等品率高。In order to fulfill the requirements of market and consumer demand,a fabric with hemp,cotton and icetouch fiber was developed and its performance was studied. Combing the advantages of the three kinds of fibers,hemp/organic cotton/icetouch yarn with black and white colour was served as warp and weft yarn,the main weaving parameters were optimized and the fabric was finally developed by using plainback warp jacquard structure with clove and auspicious clouds pattern. The loom efficiency was 89.5% and the first grade rate for grey cloth was very high.
