摘　　要：癌症患者的心理社会问题越来越受关注,癌症患者的心理社会照护作为整个医疗照护的一部分也越来越受到认可。本文对2018.V1版《NCCN癌症临床指南:心理痛苦的处理》进行了解读,重点介绍了四方面的内容:指南概述、癌症患者心理痛苦的筛查、癌症患者心理痛苦的处理、新版指南的更新解读,以期为临床肿瘤工作者提供帮助。Psychosocial problems of cancer patients are attracting more and more attention.Psychosocial care of cancer patients is becoming more and more recognized as part of the whole medical care.This paper interprets the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology：Distress Management（Version 1.2018） mainly from four aspects of overview of the guidelines,screening for distress in cancer patients,treatment of distress in cancer patients,and updated interpretation of the new guidelines,in order to provide useful help for clinical oncology care providers.
