我国酒店业安全事故的分布特征及防范

摘　　要：以百度高级检索搜集的我国酒店业2016年发生的390件安全事故为样本数据,运用交叉列表分析法研究发现:2016年我国住宿业安全事故的发生,在时间上与旅游市场淡旺季相一致;在空间上,集中分布于东部沿海地带,并向中、西板块递减;在酒店类型上,较多出现在非标准住宿类别。建立完善的酒店安全监管体系,利用信息技术提升安全管控水平,制定非标准住宿相关管理的法律法规,可有效防范酒店业安全事故的发生。390 cases of accident were found occurred in hotels in China in 2016 on Baidu and,using cross-analysis of SPSS 21.0,patterns of its temporal and spatial distribution were revealed and listed below：temporally,occurrence of the accidents in China＇s tourist accommodation industry varied with the changing on-and-off peak seasons of tourism;spatially,occurrence of accidents went from the eastern coastal areas to the middle and western areas in descending order;and more accidents occurred in places of non-standard accommodation.It is therefore recommended that enhanced hotel safety supervision system,IT-based safety control and sound laws and policies for non-standard accommodation help to take effective precaution against accidents in hotel industry.
