摘 要:目的研究Survivin及CD34在乳腺癌新辅助化疗前后的变化,为乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效评估寻找可靠生物标记物。方法纳入了2010年-2012年间在我院接受新辅助化疗的乳腺癌病例共100例,运用免疫组化方法检测新辅助化疗前后病理组织中上述分子标志物的表达状态,随访5年生存率,并做统计分析。结果 Survivin阳性率在新辅助化疗前为79%,化疗后降至55%;CD34标记的微血管计数在新辅助化疗前为50/HP,化疗后降至28/HP;两者均具有显著统计学差异。化疗前后,Survivin始终阳性、Survivin始终阴性以及Survivin由阳性转为阴性三组患者5年生存曲线无显著差异。结论Survivin及CD34表达水平在乳腺癌新辅助化疗前后具有显著差异,有望成为乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效评估的指标。Objective To explore new biomarkers that can predict the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer, we detected the changes of Survivin and CD34 before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods We collected the information and pathological tissues of breast cancer patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy during 2010-2012 in our hospital. The expression levels of Survivin and CD34 in pathological tissues were detected both before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. And the patients were followed by five years to check out their survival rates. Results One hundred cases were available and involved in our study. The positive rate of Survivin was decreased from 79% to 55%, due to neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Besides, the mean counts of microvessels which were marked by CD34 reduced to 28/HP from 50/HP on receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy. They were both statistically significant. While the five-year survival curve did not show significant difference among three groups that were divided depending on the expression status of Survivin. Conclusion The expression levels of Survivin and CD34 were statistically different and the two biomarkers may provide as predictive factors for breast cancer patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
