摘  要:教师为主导,学生为主体是思想政治理论课的教学理念。在"教"与"学"的实践中,理性知识的传递固然重要,但情感、意志、信念、信仰等非理性因素的作用也不容忽视。在师生互动交往中,教师的非理性因素和学生的非理性因素相互作用,直接影响课堂教学;在整合学生知、情、意、行过程中,正面的非理性因素对学生正确的世界观、人生观、价值观的形成关系重大;高效的思想政治理论课课堂也离不开教师积极的非理性因素对学生的感染和引导,形成课堂效率的最大化和效果的最优化。强化"以人为本"的教学理念、开展"多彩多样"的教学活动、创建"和谐公平"的教学氛围是培育思想政治理论课非理性因素行之有效的办法。The teacher as the leadership,while the students as the main body is the teaching idea of the ideological and political theory course. The teachers ' leading class to guide the students in respecting the subject status of students,and proceed activities of knowledge,emotional communication with students. In the interactive communication,the interaction of the irrational factors between teacher and pupil,directly affects teaching. In the integration of students' knowledge,sentiments,wills,actions,positive irrational factors is very important in the formation of the students' scientific world outlook,outlook on life,values. Effective ideological and political theory course also cannot do without the teacher's active irrational factors on students ' infection and guidamce,and to form the maximum efficiency and maximum effect of the classroom. Strengthening the " people-oriented" teaching concept、carrying out " colorful and varied" teaching activities and creating the " harmonious and fair" teaching atmosphere are irrational factors in raising ideological and political theory course.
