中药活性成分介导的lncRNA在抗肿瘤方面的研究

摘　　要：从目前来看,在危害人类生命的各类疾病中,肿瘤是最可怕的,它的死亡率一直在不断上升,并且居高位。当前研究出的大部分的抗癌药物没有靶向选择性,病人在接受放化疗治疗时,肿瘤细胞和自身的正常免疫细胞都会受到损伤。根据目前对中医药的研究发现,在病人进行放化疗的同时配合中药的治疗,不仅缓解了病人的毒副作用,也提高了治疗的效果。因此,人们对中医中药治疗肿瘤的兴趣愈来愈大。本文主要介绍了白藜芦醇甘、姜黄素和紫杉醇等几种中药活性成分,在调控lncRNA,影响肿瘤免疫上所取得的进展进行了综述,以期为今后有效的中医中药抗肿瘤提供新思路。At present, tumor is a life-threatening disease, in various diseases, it has the highest mortality rate Because most chemical anticancer drugs lack of choice, cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy to kill tumor cells, the normal body has also been considerable damage.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy can not only reduce the adverse reactions, but also significantly improve the curative effect. Therefore, people are more interested in the treatment of cancer by traditional Chinese medicine. This article is aimd to introduce the several active components of Chinese traditional medicine,such as polydatin, curcumin and taxinol, summurize the progress in regulate lnc RNA and control tumor. In the hope of providing new ideas for the anti-tumor of traditional Chinese medicine in the future.
