摘　　要：近年来,我国强奸未成年人犯罪数量持续飙升,犯罪形势严峻。受人口婚姻挤压、就业压力、教育普及受教育程度等因素综合影响,强奸未成年人犯罪高发态势在未来一段时间内仍将持续,网络约会强奸等新型犯罪形式将迅速增加,中西部地区仍将是犯罪重点防控区域。为了预防与抑制此类犯罪的进一步蔓延,应充分发挥社会控制作用,强化潜在犯罪人的自我控制,建立专业的性侵未成年人犯罪相关问题处理团队,提高未成年人对性侵犯罪的自我防范能力,对犯罪高发区域实施情境预防等措施。In recent years,the number of raping juvenile has skyrocketed and the crime situation is grim.Due to the influence of marriage squeeze,employment pressure,education popularity,etc.,the high incidence of the raping juvenile will continue for a certain period,and the new types of online dating rape will increase rapidly,and the central and western regions will remain the key areas for crime prevention and control.We believe that in order to prevent further spread of such crime,we should play the role of social control adequately,strengthen the self control of potential criminal,set up professional team to tackle problems caused by the crime of rape,improve the juvenile＇s defense capacity,and take prevention measures such as situational prevention in high incidence areas.
