摘　　要：网络嵌入已成为企业创新的热门范式,但异质网络嵌入对企业创新绩效的作用机制及影响依然模糊。从吸收能力视角,构建知识链、价值链双重网络嵌入与企业创新绩效的理论模型,在解构吸收能力的基础上,以东湖高新区内高新技术企业为研究对象,运用问卷调查和结构方程模型探索双重网络嵌入与企业创新绩效的作用机制和结果,以期打开创新活动的黑箱。研究表明:(1)双重网络嵌入均对企业创新绩效产生促进作用但作用机制具有差异;(2)吸收能力是由四个子能力按照网状拓扑结构形成的复合能力。最后从宏观网络嵌入和微观吸收能力角度提出提升企业创新绩效的建议。Network embeddedness has become a popular paradigm for innovation,but the mechanism between double heterogeneous networks embeddedness and enterprise innovation performance remains vague. From the absorptive capacity perspective,a theoretical model of heterogeneous networks embeddedness and enterprise innovation performance is put forward on the basis of deconstruction of absorptive capacity by taking hi-tech firms in Dong Hu Hi-tech Zone as study objects,using questionnaires and structural equation model to analyze the relationship between double heterogeneous network embeddedness and innovation performance for opening the black box of enterprise innovation activities. The study results show that(1） double network embeddedness enhances enterprise innovation performance through different mechanisms;(2） absorptive capacity is a comprehensive capacity made from four sub-capabilities according to the reticular formation. Finally,some suggestions are put forward on how to enhance enterprise innovation performance.
