摘　　要：目的评估影响动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血（aSAH）患者短期预后的相关因素。方法选取268例aSAH患者，根据预后情况将其分为预后良好组（218例）与预后不良组（50例）。收集患者的临床资料，比较两组患者临床指标的差异。采用多因素Logistic分析评估影响aSAH患者短期预后的相关因素。结果单因素分析表明，年龄、吸烟、高血压、PAASH分级、手术时机、手术方式、动脉瘤直径及动脉瘤数量对aSAH患者的预后产生显著影响（P〈0．05）。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，年龄、吸烟、高血压、PAASH分级、手术时机、治疗方式、动脉瘤直径与动脉瘤数量是影响aSAH患者预后的危险因素（p〈0．05）。结论影响aSAH患者短期预后的因素较多，临床医师应当在患者入院后及时监测影响患者短期预后的各项因素，并采取积极的预防和治疗措施，以改善患者预后。Objective To evaluate the related factors of short-term prognosis in patients with an-eurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage （aSAH）. Methods A total of 268 patients with aSAH were enrolled and were divided into good prognosis group （n = 218) and poor prognosis group （n = 50） according to the prognosis of the patients. The clinical data of all patients were collected and the differences in clinical indexes were compared between the two groups. Multivariate logistic analysis was used to assess the influ-encing factors of short-term prognosis in patients with aSAH. Results Univariate analysis showed that age, smoking, hypertension, prognosis on admission of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage （PAASH） classification, operation time, operation mode, aneurysm diameter and number of aneurysms significantly affected the prognosis of aSAH patients (all P 〈 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, smoking, hypertension, PAASH classification, timing of operation, operation mode, aneurysm diameter and number of aneurysms were the risk factors of prognosis of aSAH patients (all P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions There are many related factors that affect the short-term prognosis of patients with aSAH. Clinicians should monitor the factors influencing the short-term prognosis of patients at the time of hospital admission, and take preventive, and therapeutic measures actively to improve the prognosis of patients.
