摘　　要：目的 研究miR-200c在肾透明细胞癌（SE）患者血清中的表达,探讨miR-200c与SE病理分级及诊断的关系.方法 选取行SE根治术患者51例为SE组,40例健康人为对照组,采用qRT-PCR检测入组患者血清miR-200c、miR-21表达,同时分析其与临床及病理特点之间关系;Pearson相关性检验分析SE患者血清中miR-200c与miR-21的相关性;并采用ROC曲线分析对SE的诊断价值.结果 SE组血清中miR-200c表达明显高于对照组（P〈0.001）;不同肿瘤直径及年龄SE患者血清中miR-200c表达差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）,男性SE患者血清中miR-200c表达高于女性,且随TNM分期升高miR-200c表达降低（P〈0.001）.血清中miR-200c与miR-21表达呈负相关（r=-0.638,P〈0.001）;血清miR-200c及miR-21水平诊断SE的AUC值分别为0.684（95％CI：0.602～0.845,P〈0.001）和0.698（95％CI：0.627～0.873,P〈0.001）.结论 SE患者血清miR-200c表达水平明显降低,并且与临床分期及性别密切相关,检测血清miR-200c水平有助于SE诊断.Objective To study the expression of miR-200e in the serum of patients with renal suprarenal epithelioma （SE） and to investigate the relationship between miR-200c, pathological grade and diagnosis of SE. Methods Fifty-one patients were selected as SE group and 40 healthy people were selected as control group, qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of serum miR-200c and miR-21 in the two groups, and their relationships with pathological features were analyzed. Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between miR-200c and miR-21 in serum of SE patients. The diag-nostic value of SE was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve analysis. Results The expression of miR-200c in SE group was significantly higher than that in control group (P 〈 0. 001). There was no significant difference in the serum levels of miR-200c between patients with different tumor diameters and ages (P 〉 0. 05). The serum level of miR-200c in male SE patients was higher than that in females, and the expression of miR-200c was decreased with the increase of TNM stage (P 〈 0. 001). There was a negative correlation between the expression of miR-200c and miR-21 in serum （r =-0. 638, P 〈0. 001). The area under curve of serum miR-200c and miR-21 for diagnosis of SE was 0. 684 （95% CI： O. 602-0. 845, P 〈 0. 001) and 0. 698 （95% CI： O. 627-0. 873, P 〈 0. 001) respectively. Conclusions The expression level of serum miR-200c in SE patients decreased significantly, and it is closely related to clinical stage and gender, while detection of serum miR-200c level is conductive to the diagnosis of SE.
