摘　　要：长链非编码RNA（1ncRNA）是一类转录长度大于200个核苷酸单位的非编码RNA，在转录沉默、转录激活、染色体修饰、核内运输等方面起重要作用。LncRNA调节多种生物学功能，与人类多种疾病的发生、发展密切相关。糖代谢是人体基本的生化过程之一，lncRNA可通过调控胰腺、肝脏、脂肪和骨骼肌的糖代谢参与糖尿病进程。Long non-coding RNA （lncRNA） is a kind of non-coding RNA that transcribes more than 200 nucleotide milts. It plays an important role in transcription silence, transcription activation, chromosomal modification and intranuclear transportation. LncRNA regulates many biological function and is closely correlated with the occurance and development of human diseases. Glucose metabolism is one of the basic biochemical processes in human body. LncRNA can participate in the processes of diabetes through the regulation of glu- cose metabolism in pancreas, liver, fat and skeletal muscle
