维生素B1水平与妊娠期糖尿病相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的检查妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)孕妇全血维生素B 1水平,探讨维生素B 1在妊娠期糖尿病中的可能作用机制。方法根据孕中期口服葡萄糖耐量试验结果,选择2016年9月至2017年6月在长沙市妇幼保健院产检的60例GDM患者为GDM组,同期正常妊娠孕妇60例为对照组,采用高效液相色谱法检查两组全血中维生素B 1的表达水平。结果 GDM组全血维生素B 1水平为(1.59±0.149)ng/L,对照组全血维生素B 1水平为(15.507±3.836)ng/L,GDM组维生素B 1的含量较对照组明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素B 1的低水平与GDM的发生有密切关系。Objective To measure the vitamin B1 levels in whole blood of the patients with gestational diabetes,and analyze the effect and mechanism. Methods According to the result of mid pregnancy OGTT,60 patients with gestational diabetes（ GDM group） and 60 normal term pregnant women（ control group） from September 2016 to May 2017 in Changsha Hospital for Maternal and Child Health Care were selected; the vitamin B1 levels in whole blood were examined with high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC）. Results The level of vitamin B1 in whole blood of the patients in GDM group was（ 1. 59 ± 0. 149） ng/L,while it was（ 15. 507 ± 3. 836） ng/L in control group; in the GDM group,the level of vitamin B1 in whole blood was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Vitamin B1 of low level is associated with the occurrence and development of the GDM.
