高职共青团联系和服务青年教师群体的现状和对策

摘　　要：青年教师群体在高职教学队伍当中属于中坚力量,他们的思维模式更加灵活、创造力更强,能够积极适应发展阶段学校及教育部门提出的改革事项与政策方针,促进学校教学成果的显著提升。基于此,本文就高职共青团联系和服务高校青年教师群体的现状与对策进行了分析,具体对策包括拓展为青年教师群体服务的资源、协调学生与青年教师之间的引导工作关系、成立青年教师群体的专项团组织。The group of young teachers belongs to the backbone of higher vocational teaching teams. Their thinking patterns are more flexible and more creative. They can actively adapt to the reform items and policies proposed by schools and education departments at the development stage, and promote the significant improvement of school teaching results. Based on this, this article analyzes the status quo and countermeasures of the Communist Youth League＇s connection and service of young teachers in higher education institutions. The specific countermeasures include expanding resources for serving young teacher groups, coordinating the guiding working relationship between students and young teachers, and establishing young teachers, groups of special organizations.
