摘  要:产业结构调整、教育战略部署以及高校自身发展因素推动高校引入兼职教师。而兼职教师队伍建设存在的问题促使兼职教师管理制度的变革。为建设中国特色的社会主义教育强国、教育大国,管理制度改革应以人才培养为中心,采取加强制度建设、严控人力资源入口、强化职业道德和教学技能、完善考核和薪酬机制以及实施专兼职一体化管理等措施,以期建立一支结构合理的兼职教师队伍。Industrial restructuring, educational strategic plans and university development have promoted the introduction of external teachers into universities. However, the problems of the construction of external teachers have led to the system reform.? To build the great socialist educational power with Chinese characteristics, the reform of the management system of external teachers should be aimed at cultivating talents. Universities should adopt new measurements including reinforcing the system building, controlling the entrance of human resources, improving professional skills, perfecting the assessment mecha nism and enforcing the integration management of different teachers with the purposes of building a well-structured teacher team.
