摘  要:为了培养、提高学生分析和处理问题的能力,教学小组改变传统以教师讲授为主的教学模式,根据教学章节内容的特点,共选取四个章节进行教学改革。教学效果评价表明:本次教学改革效果明显,主要表现在课堂气氛活跃、知识点得到了巩固、同学们分析问题的能力和实践能力均得到了提高等方面。本次教改的经验有必要推广到其它专业课程中;同时,加强教师队伍建设,进一步提高教师的主导作用、逐步完善教学设计是努力的方向。In order to cultivate and improve students' ability to analyze and deal with problems, the teaching group changed the traditional teaching mode only based on teachers' teaching. According to the characteristics of teaching contents, four chap- ters were selected for teaching reform. Teaching effect evaluation showed that the effect of this teaching reform is obvious, ma- inly the class atmosphere is more active, knowledge points have been consolidated by students, students' ability of analyzing problems and practicing are all improved. So it is necessary to extend the experience of this teaching reform to other curricu- lums; Meanwhile it is an effort to strengthen the construction of teacher groups, which aims at improving teachers' leading ro- les, and to complement the teaching design gradually.
