摘　　要：网络环境下,加强高校网络思想政治教育法治化建设是高校思想政治教育工作面临的新机遇和新挑战。当前,对于高校网络思想政治教育要认清现状、找出法治化建设的问题,寻找法治化建设的有效途径,进而推进依法治校,营造公正、法治、和谐的校园氛围。The ideological and political education in universities is an important part of the work of universities. It is a new opportunity and a new challenge for universities to strengthen the legalization construction of the ideological and political edu- cation in the Internet Environment. At present, we should recognize the status quo of the work of the university ideological and political education, identify the problems of legalization construction, and explore effective solutions to manage universities by law and create a fair. rule-of-law and harmonious campus atmosphere.
