摘  要:学生是高校教育教学管理的主体,也是学校教学管理活动的主要对象。要提高学校人才培养的质量,就要充分体现"以生为本"的教育教学思想,发挥学生的自主性和积极性,积极参与教学管理活动。深入分析当前教学管理中学生参与存在的问题和原因,有的放矢提出改进意见,在教学管理中进一步完善大学生参与的机制,实现教师教学和学生学习的相互促进,进一步优化教育教学环境,构建和谐校园。Students are the main body of education and teaching management in colleges and universities, and they are also the main objects of school teaching management activities. To improve the quality of school personnel training, we must fully reflect the "student-centered" education and teaching ideas, give full play to students' autonomy and enthusiasm, and actively participate in teaching management activities. In-depth analysis of the current problems and causes of student participation in teaching management, some targeted improvement suggestions, further improve the mechanism of university student particip- ation in teaching management, realize mutual promotion between teacher teaching and student learning, further optimize the education and teaching environment, and build a harmonious campus.
