改良藻酸盐印模材复制患者旧义齿技术的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良藻酸盐印模材复制义齿技术在患者全口义齿再修复中的应用。方法:修整旧义齿的垂直高度、边缘伸展等满足要求,在型盒内制作修整后旧义齿的藻酸盐印模材阴模腔,人工牙部分充填齿科常用蜡,基托部分充填自凝树脂,复制义齿,利用复制义齿完成新义齿制作。结果:30例患者戴上新义齿后3 d 28例满意,2例比较满意,2周后均满意。结论:藻酸盐印模材复制义齿技术在患者再修复中能节省费用、缩短就诊和适应时间,尽早提高咀嚼效率。Objective： To observe the modified alginate impression technology for the duplication of previous denture for the aged individuals. Methods： The vertical height and the edge extend of the previous denture were fixed to meet the requirements for duplication, the alginate negative model of the denture was prepared in flask, artificial teeth model was prepared with the dental wax and the denture base with self-curing resin; the production of new denture was duplicated by routine denture preparation. Results： 28 of the 30 cases were satisfied with the duplicated dentures after 3 days of use. All the cases were satisfied in 2 weeks. Conclusion： The technology of denture duplication with alginate impressionin can save cost, shorten the time of consultation and adaptation, and can improve masticatory efficiency.
