摘　　要：报道1例右侧上前牙缺失、伴鼻腭神经管唇侧偏斜、导致种植位点三维骨量严重不足的患者,通过分离并移位鼻腭神经,以增加患者可用骨量,在植入种植体的同时,同期引导骨组织再生,最终充分应用了鼻腭神经管区的剩余骨质,并获得了较好的骨再生效果的病例。A case of continuous anterior teeth missing with labial tilted nasopalatine duct was reported, the nasopalatine nerve was laterialized to provide sufficient bone for implantation, an immediate implantation together with guided bone regeneration was finished, and finally a profound bone regeneration outcome was obtained in this case.
