L-苏糖酸镁改善睡眠功能的观察

摘　　要：目的观察L-苏糖酸镁对于改善小鼠睡眠功能的作用。方法将120只CI/F1代健康雌性小鼠按体质量随机分为三个大组。每大组分别随机分为1个对照组和3个剂量组,每组10只。按0.15、0.3、0.9 g/(kg·bw)经口灌胃30d后,分别进行直接睡眠实验、延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠实验、巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验,比较对照组和各剂量组之间的差异。结果对照组和3个剂量组对小鼠均无直接睡眠作用;和对照组相比,各剂量组戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量实验为阴性;0.9 g/(kg·bw)组小鼠戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间长于0 g/(kg·bw)组;0.9g/(kg·bw)组小鼠巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期短于0 g/(kg·bw)组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 L-苏糖酸镁具有改善小鼠睡眠功能作用。Objective To study effects of magnesium-L-threonate on the sleep improvement in mice. Methods 120 CI/F1 healthy female mice were randomly divided randomly into three groups. Each group was divided into four sub-groups： one was control group and the other three were treatment groups with equal size. Each subgroup was given oral administration of magnesium-L-threonate at 0.15, 0.3, 0.9 g/（kg·bw） respectively for 30 days, then direct sleep test, sleep extending test with sodium pentobarbital, hypnosis test under subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital and incubation period test with barbital sodium were conducted respectively. Results There was no difference between magnesium-L-threonate treatments and control group in direct sleep test and hypnosis test under subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital. Compared with control group, magnesium-L-threonate at 0.9 g/（kg·bw） group could significantly extend sleep time with sodium pentobarbital and shorten sleep latency time with barbital sodium（P〈0.05）. ConclusionMagnesium-L-threonate may improve the sleep in mice.
