摘　　要：当前高校通识教育选修课的教学面临一定困境,OBE理念为其教学模式改革与创新提供了新的思路。以《领导学》课程为例,将OBE理念引入通识教育选修课教学模式创新中,从教学中师生功能定位明确、预期学习产出设计、实现及评价等方面对教学过程进行优化,以促进学生知识、能力与素质的协调发展。At present, the teaching of general education elective Courses in universities is facing certain difficulties, and it is necessary to carry out the innovation of teaching mode, The OBE concept provides a new way of thinking for the innovation. Taking the ＂leadership＂ course as an example, the OBE concept is introduced into the innovation of teaching mode. The teaching process is optimized through the definition of the function of teachers and students, the design, realization and evaluation of expected outcomes of education, to promote the harmonious -evelopment of students＇ knowledge, ability and quality.
