摘 要:当前高校通识教育选修课的教学面临一定困境,OBE理念为其教学模式改革与创新提供了新的思路。以《领导学》课程为例,将OBE理念引入通识教育选修课教学模式创新中,从教学中师生功能定位明确、预期学习产出设计、实现及评价等方面对教学过程进行优化,以促进学生知识、能力与素质的协调发展。At present, the teaching of general education elective Courses in universities is facing certain difficulties, and it is necessary to carry out the innovation of teaching mode, The OBE concept provides a new way of thinking for the innovation. Taking the "leadership" course as an example, the OBE concept is introduced into the innovation of teaching mode.
