“积分法”在规范化培训护士志愿服务文化培养中的应用

摘　　要：目的在规范化培训新护士中融入“志愿服务”文化，建立其参与医院志愿者服务的意识。方法以整群抽样法抽取2016级新护士75人为对照组，2017级新护士130人为观察组，两组均将“志愿者服务”纳入岗前培训，倡导主动参与医院志愿者服务，观察组增加志愿服务“积分制管理”。培训后比较两组参与志愿服务情况。结果培训后，观察组护士志愿服务积分平均为（2．23±0．21）分，对照组为（1．14±0．16）分，差异有统计学意义（t=2．87，P〈0．01）；观察组护士参与日常志愿服务占36．15％、志愿献血占11．54％、突发公共事件志愿服务占18．46％，均优于对照组，组间比较差异均有统计学意义（χ2值分别为6．95、4．31、5．43；P〈0．05）。结论运用“积分法”进行医院志愿者服务管理，有利于提高护士参加志愿服务活动的积极性，树立“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿者精神。Objective To integrate the ＂volunteer service＂ culture into standardized training nurses and to build the awareness of participation in volunteer service of a hospital. Methods A total of 75 new nurses in 2016 and 130 new nurses in 2017 were selected as control group and observation group respectively by cluster sampling. Two groups all included ＂volunteer service＂ in pre-job training advocating active participation in volunteer service in hospital. Observation group added ＂integration management＂ in volunteer service. The situation of volunteer service between two groups were compared after training. Results After training, the mean of integration of volunteer service was （2.23 ±0.21） in observation group and （1.14 ±0.16） in control group with a significant difference （t=2.87, P 〈 0.01）. There were 36.15% of nurses participated in daily volunteer service, 11.54% of nurses donated blood voluntarily, 18.46% of nurses participated in volunteer service of public emergency events in observation group, which were better than those in control group with significant differences (χ2=6.95, 4.31, 5.43 ; P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The application of ＂integration method＂ in hospital volunteer service management is in favor of improving nurses＇ enthusiasm for participating in volunteer service as well as establishing the spirits of ＂dedication, affection, cooperation and advancement＂.
