种粮合作社的适度经营规模研究

摘　　要：研究目的:基于种粮合作社职业经理人的微观调查数据,从实现其劳动回报和农地效率最优化决策的维度,定量分析了种粮合作社的适度经营规模,为规范农地流转和培育新型粮食经营主体提供经验证据。研究方法:固定效应分析法。研究结果:在劳动回报和农地效率禀赋最优化下,种粮合作社职业经理人的收入和粮食产量与适度经营规模之间均存在明显的倒"U"型曲线关系;在粮食产量与收入最优化下的农地经营规模大致在600—1000亩的范围波动。研究结论:种粮合作社未来的经营规模还存在扩大的可能,在条件允许的前提下组建合作社联社或股份合作社可实现种粮合作社的适度规模经营。The purposes of this paper is to quantitatively explore the appropriate operation scale of grain cooperatives from the perspectives of labor return and optimized decision on farmland use efficiency based on the micro survey data of professional managers of grain cooperatives, and to provide empirical evidence for regulating farmland transfer and fostering new operation actor of grain production. The method used is the fixed effect model. The results show that given the labor return and land endowment efficiency optimization, there are significant inverted ＂U＂ curves relationship between professional manager＇s income and optimal operation scale of farmland as well as between grain output and optimal operation scale of farmland, respectively. The scale of operation fluctuates between roughly 600 acres to 1000 acres, given the grain yield and income maximization. In conclusion, in the future, the operation scale of grain cooperatives still have the potential to extend, and the grain cooperatives will gain the scale return under the condition that the cooperative association or stock cooperative is established.
