摘  要:目的针对解放军总医院在日间手术新型医疗服务模式下仍采用住院手术相关信息化软件存在的问题,自主研发一套符合日间手术医疗服务模式工作流程的软件系统。方法从管理部门、日间医护人员中调研日间手术的信息化需求、优化工作流程、了解日间手术术前评估、术中工作流程、术后随访等各个环节信息,归纳整理成需求文档,经探讨修改确认后进行软件开发工作,并在试运行过程中,根据应用效果进行完善。结果本系统功能设计实现了与医院信息系统的集成,满足了日间手术医疗服务模式下管理部门、医生、护士的工作需要,现有的日间手术工作流程得到优化,人机交互方式符合日间医护人员的工作习惯。结论系统投入使用后,在辅助医护人员工作的过程中,简化了医护人员的日常工作,有效的提高了医护人员的工作效率。Objective In order to solve the problems existing in the new medical service mode of our hospital under the daytime operation, we developed a software system which is suitable for the daily operation medical service mode. Methods Investigate the information needs from the management department, the medical staffs in the daytime operation. Optimize the work process and learn information from all aspects of the wok chain, including the preoperative assessment, intraoperative workflow, followup and so on. Summarized into the requirements document. After the discussion and modification, the software was developed and improved with trial operation. Results The functional design of the system was integrated with HIS to meet the needs of the management department, doctors and nurses in the daytime operation medical service mode. The existing daytime operation workflow was optimized and the man-machine interaction mode was in accord with the day work habits of health care workers. Conclusion After the system was put into use, the daily work of the medical staff was simplified, and the efficiency of the medical staff was improved.
