参柏汤保留灌肠联合生物刺激反馈仪治疗湿热下注型肛窦炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察参柏汤保留灌肠联合生物刺激反馈仪治疗湿热下注型肛窦炎的临床疗效。方法将75例患者湿热下注型肛窦炎患者随机分成治疗组、对照1组与对照2组,各25例。治疗组予以参柏汤保留灌肠联合生物刺激反馈仪治疗,对照1组予以甲硝唑栓纳肛,对照2组予以参柏汤保留灌肠。观察三组患者治疗后临床疗效及痊愈时间。结果三组患者治疗后对照1组总有效率为70.8%,对照2组为92.0%,治疗组为96.0%。经两两比较发现,治疗组、对照2组与对照1组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组与对照2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患者治疗后痊愈天数比较,治疗组、对照2组优于对照1组(P<0.05),治疗组与对照2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参柏汤保留灌肠联合生物刺激反馈仪治疗肛窦炎的疗效显著,可明显缩短疗程,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effects on anal cryptitis of downward flow of damp heat type treated with the retention enema of shenbai decoction and biofeedback therapy. Methods A total of 75 patients of anal cryptitis,differentiated as downward flow of damp heat type in TCM,were randomized into a treatment group,No. 1 control group and No. 2 control group,25 cases in each one. In the treatment,the combined treatment was used with the retention enema of shenbai decoction and biofeedback therapy. In No. 1 control group,metronidazole suppositories were used. In No. 2 control group,the retention enema of shenbai decoction was given. The clinical therapeutic effects and the healing time were observed after treatment in the three groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 70. 8% in No. 1 control group,92. 0% in No. 2 control group and 96. 0% in the treatment group. In the pairwise comparison,the differences were significant(P〈 0. 05） in comparison of the treatment group and No. 2 control group with No. 1 control group(P〈 0. 05）.The difference was not significant between the treatment group and No. 2 control group(P〈 0. 05）. The healing time in the treatment group and No. 2 control group was better than No. 1 control group(P〈 0. 05）. The difference was significant between the treatment group and No. 2 control group(P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The alliance treatment of the retention enema of shenbai decoction and biofeedback therapy achieves the significant effects on anal cryptitis. This combined therapy remarkably shortens the duration of treatment and deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
