摘　　要：目的研究肝癌缺失基因(DLC-1)蛋白在结肠腺瘤及结肠癌组织中的表达,分析DLC-1在结肠腺瘤癌变过程中的作用及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测结肠癌组织104例、结肠腺瘤组织114例,正常结肠黏膜组织30例中DLC-1蛋白的表达。结果 DLC-1蛋白在正常结肠组织、管状腺瘤、绒毛状腺瘤及结肠癌中表达率分别为100%、82.86%、68.18%、46.15%,呈逐渐下降趋势;高级别上皮内瘤变结肠腺瘤中DLC-1蛋白阳性表达率明显低于低级别瘤变结肠腺瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论结肠癌组织中DLC-1表达缺失,DLC-1可能在结肠腺瘤癌变过程中发挥一定的作用。Objective To study the expression of DLC-1 in colonic adenoma and colorectal carcinoma tissues,and to explore the role of DLC-1 in the carcinogenesis of colonic adenoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of DLC-1 protein in 104 cases of colon cancer tissues,114 cases of colon adenoma tissues,and 30 cases of normal colon mucosa tissues. Results The expression rates of DLC-1 were 100% 、82. 86% 、68. 18% 、46. 15% in normal colonic tissue,tubular adenoma,villous adenoma and colon carcinoma group. The positive expression rate of DLC-1 protein in high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia adenoma was significantly lower than that of low-grade neoplastic adenoma. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The expression of DLC-1 is absent in colon cancer tissues,and DLC-1 may play a role in the progression of colon adenoma.
