实施以育人育才为中心的哲学社会科学整体发展战略的科学价值

摘　　要：习近平总书记在哲学社会科学工作座谈会上的重要讲话中明确提出:要实施以育人育才为中心的哲学社会科学整体发展战略,构筑学生、学术、学科一体的综合发展体系。这一重要论断为高校哲学社会科学育人功能的发挥提供了思想武器和行动指南,具有十分重要的科学价值。从理论价值上来讲,有助于我们进一步明确哲学社会科学长远发展的战略选择;从社会价值上来讲,有助于我们结合人类历史发展规律和中国特色社会主义伟大实践,进一步认识哲学社会科学的双重属性;从实践价值上来讲,有助于高校立足自身优势,进一步围绕立德树人根本任务,探索构建"三学一体"综合发展体系。In the important speech at the symposium on philosophy and social sciences, General Secretary Xi Jinplng made it clear that we should implement the overall development strategy of philosophy and social sciences centered on educating people and cultivating talents and establish a comprehensive development system integrating students, academics and disciplines. This crucial speech provides the ideological weapon and action guide for the educational function of philosophy and social sciences in colIeges and universities, which is of great scientific value. In terms of the theoretical value, it will help us to further clarify the strategic choice of long-term development of philosophy and social sciences; in regard to social value,it helps us to combine the development of human history and the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics to further understand the dual nature o- philosophy and social sciences; as for the practical value, it facilitates colleges and universities to explore the construction of the integrated development system of ＂students, academics and disciplines＂ based on their own advantages centered on their fundamental task of moral cultivation and people cultivation.
