摘 要:近年来,随着我国铁路技术装备和运输组织水平的整体提高,铁路运输条件发生了巨大变化,基于20世纪80年代铁路运输条件制定的以运价里程为基础的运到期限计算方法已脱离生产实际,存在如下问题:货物逾期送达和提前送达现象并存;提前送达的货物,其平均送达时间远小于运到期限。根据抽样和数理统计发现,不同的OD,即使运距相同,运到时间也有差异。提出基于OD的差异化铁路货物运到期限算法,该算法能够缩短运到期限,提高运到期限的准时性和时效性,为现有运到期限计算方法的革新提供理论依据。In recent years, with the overall improvement of the railway technology, equipment and transportation organization in China, the conditions of railway transportation have undergone tremendous changes. As a result, the method of calculating the railway transit period based on the tariff distance developed based on the railway transportation conditions in 1980s has been divorced from the reality in actual railway operation, leading to the following problems: the coexistence of late and early delivery of goods; the average delivery time for goods delivered early is far shorter than the transit period. According to sampling and mathematical statistics, different ODs have different delivery times even with the same distance. This paper proposes an OD-based differential algorithm for the transit periods of railway freight, with an aim to reduce the periods, improve the punctuality and timeliness of delivery, and provide a theory for improving the methods for calculating transit periods.
