摘 要:目的了解安徽省内地新疆班护理专业学生学校适应的现状及其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,选取安徽省两所专科学校全体在校新疆班护生作为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、大学生适应性量表(CSAI)、职业认同感问卷(PIS)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ),对其进行问卷调查并进行数据分析。结果 (1)学校适应总分(195.97±18.58)分,低于内地大学生常模;(2)单因素分析结果显示,内地新疆班护理专业学生学校适应总分在民族、生源地、生源类别、入校时间方面差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);(3)相关分析显示,学校适应总分与职业认同、心理弹性、社会支持、积极应对方式呈正相关(r=0.293~0.649,P值均小于0.01),与消极应对呈负相关(r=-0.171,P<0.01);(4)多元线性回归分析显示,职业认同、心理弹性、积极应对方式、维吾尔族是内地新疆班护理专业学生学校适应的主要影响因素。结论内地新疆班护理专业学生的学校适应水平有待进一步提高,教育及管理工作者应密切关注内地新疆班护理专业学生的学校适应状况,可从职业认同、心理弹性、积极应对方式、民族特点等方面采取针对性的干预措施以提升其学校适应能力。Objective To investigate the adaption status and its influencing factors among Inland Xinjiang Nursing Students in Anhui Province. Methods Convenience sampling method was adopted and the samples were Xinjiang classes nursing students of Anhui Medical College and Anqing medical college. These objects were surveyed by using the general questionnaire,College Students Adaptability Inventory(CSAI),Professional Identity Questionnaire(PIS),Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ). Questionnaire survey and data analysis were carried out. Results(1)The total score of school adaption was 195.97 ± 18.58,lower than the norm of college students in the inland.(2)The result of univariate analysis indicated that there were statistical differences in the school adaption score of inland Xinjiang nursing class students who differed in their nation,origin,the students category,date of enrollment,and the willing of study(P 〈0. 05).(3) The result of correlation analysis showed that school adaptation was positively correlated with professional identity,resilience,social support,and active coping style(r= 0.293-0.649,P〈0.01),and negatively correlated with negative coping(r=-0.171,P〈0.01).(4) Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that professional identity,resilience,positive coping style,uygur ethnic group entered regression equation were influencing factors among Inland Xinjiang Nursing Students in Anhui Province.Conclusions The level of school adaptation for nursing students in Xinjiang class in the inland needs to be further improved. Educator and management staff should pay close attention to the school adaption status of Xinjiang nursing class students and take appropriate interventions such as professional identity,resilience,positive coping style and nation to enhance their ability of school adaptation.
