摘　　要：哈佛大学教育研究生院的教育领导博士学位于2010年秋季开始正式运行,是该院74年以来的第一个新博士学位,并在许多方面进行了培养模式创新。该博士学位具有三大优点:非凡的同学、个性化的课程和实际的领导经验。同时,具有三大特点:强调通过跨学科的方法培养博士生;免学费,并为学生提供一揽子资助;重视种族和性别平等的问题。The doctorate education leadership in Harvand Graduate School of education began its formal operation in the fall of 2010. which was the school＇s first new degree in 74 years. The training mode of education leadership doctorate makes innovation in many aspects. It has three highlights,including：remarkable colleagues,individualized curriculums,and practical leadership experience. It also has three characteristics,including：emphasizing teach doctors through the method of interdisciplinary;free tuition for doctors with providing a fulltuition funding package for doctors;and attaching great importance to the issue of race and gender equality.
